If you're the leader or someone who holds some say in that clan, let the other members aware of the clans policy and enforce it if the others don't commit to it. If not, it will probably be best to search for another clan.
There are a few solutions to this:
1) Stop donating
2) Switch clans
3) Boot people who don't donate
I do not have a donation problem in my clan and do not see any value in something like this being added
We solved it like this in our clan and we share amongst us the donation burden.
1. No specific requests for raid and defence. With the help of donation upgrade even th7 troops are decent and we agree we should be all equal in this. We allow soecific requests only for war and war practice.
2. This is part of the rules and every new player is introduced with our website and has to agree with it in order to stay.
3. Additional app for communication. Being an international clan, it is difficult to reach everyone when you need a specific troop for war. We solved it by having all members join a group chat and post there war strategies, troops requests, bases ideas, etc. If clan has adult members, no spam problem.
4. Set a donation minimum to join war.
5. Emplyee of the month, the top donator stated in our clan description.
6. Boot if you don't respect rules.
I don't say this is perfect but it has worked for us, we're an adults only clan.
That's just harsh.
Well i said it is adult only. It has to be harsh for kiddos. It's on purpose.
