I have a college degree which is probably more than a lot of these kiddies have which gives me all the rights and privileges to speak my mind.
Our clan is established and we've been here over three years because the clan has changed its name and they did that by leaving one and starting a new one. The reason the clan holds together is because some of us are relatives and friends so we stick together. The fact that they've been playing together for three years is by definition "established".
The leader is active because he is TH 9 going to TH10. He does play and he helps me with my attacks.
The other co-leader does donate to me.
You ignored some of the other accounts.
If alarm bells didn't ring loudly when the player joined after repeated friend knock-backs and the volume didn't increase when the player wanted "friends" to join, you lack the detective skills required as a leader or co.
On the flip-side, if you use lower level to gain a decent war match then you reap what you sow. I'm not suggesting it's wrong, I'm saying don't whinge and ask for game changes when the coins falls Tails when you bet on Heads.
If you are truly Family and Friends, don't recruit outside that circle. F & F clans have enough issues without adding more.
We are just trying to play the game. It isn't a management issue when every player from global has to be managed.
If you put in software control that keeps people out that have hopped 5 times in a month then guess what would happen? I wouldn't have to be ripped off by every player and I wouldn't have to take hours out of my day recruiting, looking at their profile, looking them up on Clash of Clan Stats which means they would be gone before I could get the research done and I would spend hours doing stuff that I can't control anyway. I would actually be able to play the game and have fun.
No-one is stopping you from voicing your opinion. Just count your posts in this thread alone.
And don't assume people who disagree with your opinions and ideas are trying to bully you.
When you post compliant threads on subjects that you (and you alone) enjoy complete authority over (like clan membership and war roster), then most experienced forum members will disagree.
Flaunting academic qualifications and real life experiences as the be-all, end-all solution to OTHER'S responses and calling them kiddies, is utter nonsense unless they relate to the thread and downright insulting.
Your issue raised in this thread are clan management, pure and simple. No amount of changes by SC will allow you to avoid ramifications of poor decisions.
