clan taxation

hi supercell im wodering if this idea has been brought to you,
im suggesting of clan tax let say percentage of the players loot in 2weeks the clan leader has the authority to give the tax percentage for every member. the collected tax loot in return can be used by the players in emergency again controlled by the leader, this will lead to the display of the total resources looted by a player in the game just like troops donated. this will add another excitement to the game thanks hope you read this simple idea.

example: the number of player in a clan / by 100% = the max percentage a player can get

let say i have 50members / 100% = 2% each

Sorry, but your saying a leader can take resources from any member he likes/elder and give it all to himself for "emergency uses"? Maybe you need to edit it a bit more, but it's got potentianal.

no i mean the leader has the authority where he/she will give the accumulated resources to the members

What about 2nd accts? The leader could give himself resources? And make everyone else lose out?

let say, im the leader and the 2 weeks have passed we accumulated 2m resources gold/elixir maybe i will decide i will give the resources to player 1 because he/she donated the most or he she has the most number of trophies or some member cannot loot resources i will give it as a let say subsidy heheh. thanks for reading you can visit us UNTOUCHABLES rainbow flag kaemee

if the leader had 2nd account and decided to give the resources to his same account no one will join his/her clan if that will be the case and clan members will stage a protest.

This would create everyone creating clans and no one joining which is already a problem

This is a variation on "donating resources." The problem with donating resources is that it's an incredibly easy thing to abuse. Create multiple accounts for yourself, all donating money to your main account.

Supercell has 100% rules this out or any variant. If you want to donate resources to your clan buddies, buy them iTunes gift cards.

the accumulated resources will be computed on the number of player on a clan, if you create a crappy clan it will yield low resources if your clan is strong and have a good foundation with participating members it will be productive. that will not be a problem on multiple accounts let say accumulated resources can only be given once on a player supercell can give it a cool down of example 2 weeks to avoid the exploit.

I think this falls under the category of "trading resources" and probably wont even be dignified with a supercell response since they stated in their sticky forum that trading resources is strictly ruled out due to possible exploitation. You can try and justify a giving a leader the "power" to allocate those resources, but at the end of the day the resources still change hands from one player to another, classifying it as trading resources...Sorry :(
