Yes, but you probably wont be able to raid strong th8 bases and up.

For sure. I used level 1 minions, and it doesn't really matter except for dps because theyre best used for cleanup or taking out the barbarian king.
Im th8 with level one minions and with right troop placement i could get into strong th7 and mildly strong th8 bases, dont expect 3 star though.Quote:
