A player reported you (took a printscreen, send it in true support) or you being offensive. Too bad for you, this is temporary and the next time this happends you will get a perm ban if i'm not wrong. :)
If you don't agree please contact the support.
OP the decision to ban a player is only done with hard evidence, as mentioned above I suggest you contact support on clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net and apologise, if support see evidence again then you may well be permanently banned.
We don't like people using abusive language in our game.
The email is a feedback email, you sure its the right one? I feel regretful for what I did. But I dont curse unless someone curses back at me. These people insulted me in the first back. I understand its a offense and I am truly sorry. Thanks for your reply daddy.Quote:

Sure that email is the right one, sounds like the other people trolled you there - i'd explain the situation to support and good luck.
Yeah the global ban is x number of reports and no human sees it, this is someone emailing support with screen shots (they never ban on one person's word against another).Quote:

24 Hours and Ban from game is still active. Is this a perma ban? This is extremely frustrating as I spent over 100 dollars on this game.
2 Day ban now, this sucks if I am banned permanently, they should give a warning first. I contacted support and have yet to recieve a response
I toon a couple of screenshots previously, show how offensive other members were.
They was i responded might have been offensive, but I certainly didnt persistently use curse words unlike the others who attacked us.
There is a warning right on the chat window at the bottom. It is your mouth and your responsibility to control your language. You learned that the hard way
Which one is you. I'm guessing you're the guy on the top. Maybe because it was offensive to Muslims. If there was something like this against Christians I would be pretty offended (Obviously if you were the curser, then I see why you were banned)
