New war clan est 3-14-2017 looking for members.

I'm the leader of an new clan named 20dollarphone. This clan will in the future be a war clan but for that to happen we need members. Which is why I am posting this thread - to get more members.

Rules:
Be active in game but also in chat.
No rushed bases.
No bases under town hall 4.
Always use both attacks in future wars.(If you don't want to be in war just tell a co-leader or the leader (me))
Donate what people want.
Donate as much as you can.
Don't ask for co-leader, it's given to people that I trust.
Elder is free.
