Established clan looking to merge with another

Looking to merge with another clan.
We are an adult clan with all members based on the USA. The majority are in California and have full-time jobs. Since we all work there is not a ton of chit chat but donations are filled throughout the day and we always get our attacks in for wars. We are a currently level 10 with 312 war wins. We have approximately 20 members but a core of 13 or so that are active. Our active players consist of one Th11, a few TH10’s, a handful of th9’s and a few th8’s. We are not an engineered clan. We’re a good clan, not the best but better than about 80% that we war against. We’re in the high 80’s to low 90 percent destruction in our wars. We’re not perfect nor do we expect everyone else to be, though, we all are open to learning and taking criticism.
We war consecutively but when we have any opt out or have hero's upgrading we cannot war. It’s proven very difficult to find experienced players to join. So, here I am.
