Wherever... He isn't the best defence, as people have said before, he can easily be lured and such. Quite a lot of people put him to sleep so they can use him for raids more often. I wouldn't waste space in your base for him.Quote:

I always put my bk and queen to sleep, but if you have a large base design and you place your heroes in the middle of your base, the luring gets a lot harder.
I put them outside of the city. My heroes are always sleeping.
I have never put my heroes to sleep for a defence... Simple thing is i get attacked at night so my heroes have time to heal (if they are even wounded...)
afterthought, my heroes arent high lvls so its shorter to heal them
Outside, he just takes up room. He's horrible at defense unless it's a giant/healer, and you don't see that alot anymore.
out side.. they're bad in defense.. but if someone lure them, at least their troops are lesser now..
I sometimes try to center him, but due to his movement and massive radius he can be lured from just about anywhere rendering the idea ineffective.
Just put him wherever he fits without messing up your other design plans.
Keep him asleep til u fall asleep, it's annoying when u go eat or something and come back and have to wait hours for him to regen
