Clan focus on clan chest - we record your contributions for extra fairness #8LO8LP

I want to introduce our clan: Clan Chest Matters Up North (#8LO8LP).
Since the introduction of clan chest, the importance of active members in a clan rapidly increased.
To play Clash Royal in the most efficient way you need three things from you clan:
- You must be able to donate as much as possible to earn gold
- You need your card requests to be fulfilled (especially with epic cards)
- You need a high clan chest
And here is how this clan works to provide an efficient environment for all.
Each week we will write down the contribution of each member towards the clan chest in an excel sheet.
With this data we calculate the Crown Balance of the Week (CBW) as the difference of your earned crowns for the chest and the Target Crowns (TC*). The sum of all CBW is your Total Crown Balance (TCB).
- If your TCB drops below zero you will be kicked.
- If your CBW is zero you will be kicked.
tl:dr: Contribute each week at least 30* crowns to the clan chest and everything is fine.
*currently this is 30 (to reach chest level 10) but will most likely change to at least 40 once the patch hits
You can now stop reading if you like.
We expect a minimum of good behaviour while you are in the clan, so don't spam, harase, beg or annoy (this includes constantly writing in another language than the clan language; which is English) or you will be kicked.
If the target chest is reached with time remaining the negative impact on your TCB will be limited by adding extra CBW with a linear expression, e.g. if you contributed 10 in day one, and on that day (with 2 remaining days left) the chest is already opened we assume that you would have contributed 10 more crowns each day, so we would assume you would have contributed 30.
Extra TCB can be earned by hosting Clan only Tournaments (use a strong password, clan members can join the Tournament without entering the complicated password you should use). Each 10 Gems you spend for the clan will earn you one extra Crown Balance. Ensure that at least one Co-Leader is aware of the Tournament and can record that it has taken place. Otherwise it was all for charity - how nice of you :)
Co-Leader will earn 10 TCB per week for managing the clan (for this reason there should be no more than two at any given time)

Roles in the Clan:
- Member: You are the member of a great clan. There is no real benefit of being an Elder, you are valued based on your CBW. Please don't ask to be promoted to an Elder.
- Elder: If you are exceptional active you may rise to Elder. This is only to allow you to quickly accept join request for new members. When you accept a new member you have to link to this text (www.goo.gl/SHg14v OR www.tinyurl.com/clanchestmatters) or you won't stay an Elder very long.
- Leader and Co-Leader: Can modify the excel sheet to keep it up-to-date.
