For all ranged ground troops, there is a matching defensive tower. Why not a witch tower? Everyone talks about how the witch is overpowered anyway. Here's my ideas for the qualities/abilities of this tower:
•It acts basically how the witch ground troop does. The witch summons it's minions/skeletons to attack enemy troops, while of course attacking with its ranged shot
•The attacking troops would never target the minions/skeletons, (otherwise this would be an overpowering idea) but just attack the tower itself
•The minions/skeletons could either die out little by little, reaching a maximum amount of minions summoned, or it could act as an inferno tower (gets increasingly stronger).
•The minions/skeletons could be affected by lightning spells as well
I'm not trying to sound all high and mighty, but I think that this is one of the most realistic ideas for an update. Let me know what you guys think
