Lv12 (~90% win rate) looking for TH9s and 10s for Potluck and FWs

The short pitch:
We are a Lvl 12 adult war clan (90%+win rate on random spins) looking for non-engineered TH9s and TH10s.
Most of our members are strong players that can make the roster of a lot of competitive clans. In fact many of us came from those clans, but we are not in those clans because their requirements and war management style can sometimes take the fun out of the game.
The recent surge of engineered clans is frankly frustrating us. So we are trying to build up our roster to do friendly wars and potlucks. We need one or two more good TH10s, and several more TH9s in order to meet the TH breakdowns of potluck and arranged wars against good clans. Basics: Level 12, adult, international clan mostly from US and Canada but also have a number of members from Asia and Australia
War record: 5 losses in our war log out of 50 wars (see below). Longest win streak 35.
TH mix: TH9 to TH11
War organization: For war, clashcaller with 1/4 timer. Just call the base you want to attack, we will not ask you to run your plan by anyone unless you yourself are looking for help or a second eye, in which case many people will be happy to help.
Active?: Yes we are quite active. In fact we specifically look for new members who are active in chat, fc’s and war participation.
Donations: Your requests will get filled extremely quickly. We just ask that you don’t abuse donations.
Outside communications: We use Band, which we use to share helpful info, start broader discussions, organize lineups for friendly wars etc. We also have a discord server that is optional.
Leadership: We have a group of core members and leaders who make sure things go smoothly, set up friendly wars, and minimize drama. So you will be joining a clan that are well looked after by a committed leadership group
In general, we take wars seriously but never impose on real lives. Everyone is a team player and strong attacker. We win because we know how to get stars and have strong bases, without long planning sessions, skitching out plans, etc. etc.

- Adult clashers who like to win wars and always want to improve their attacks
- Active and actually chat on game chat
- TH9s with minimum 20/20 heroes
- TH10s with minimum of 35/35 heroes
