Maybe its a idea if you have donated 25 troops you dom't have to pay that fee!

I agree, if someone joins and requests for troops straight away kick them and tell members in your clan not to donate to people who join and request, problem solved. Creating a penalty would be pointless, especially for people who are in clans with feeders, if there was a penalty people wouldn't want to swap between their clans.

No. Just no. People are free to join and leave clans at whatever time they choose without having to get punished for it. Although clan hoppers do suck it's your own fault from inviting people from global chat. A proper clan needs proper members, and sadly you won't find these on global. Also, it's much more of a hassle to join clan, get troops, lesve and join another clan so the people that do it are doing it for the trolling experience.

Don't let hoppers in ur clan

only donate troops to people u trust and are loyal to the clan!
