New Defensive Structure Idea- Freeze Tower

I thought that since we now have a fire based defensive tower, an ice based defensive structure would be useful as well. This tower would pulse freeze waves every so often that would freeze the attacking troops for a very short amount of time. You would unlock the tower at TH 9 with a limit of one and could get two at TH 10

Range: 8, Pulse Rate: 5 sec, Damage Type: Ranged Pulse (Area Splash), Targets: Ground, Favorite Target: Any

Level 1- Freeze Time: 1 sec, HP: 700 Unlocked at TH 9- Stock: 1 Original Cost: 2,000,000 gold
Level 2- Freeze Time: 2 sec, HP: 960 Unlocked at TH 9- Stock: 1 Upgrade Cost: 3,000,000 gold
Level 3- Freeze Time: 4 sec, HP: 1120 Unlocked at TH 10- Stock: 2 Upgrade Cost: 5,000,000 gold
Level 4- Freeze Time: 6 sec, HP: 1500 Unlocked at TH 10- Stock: 2 Upgrade Cost: 7,500,000 gold

We already have freeze spell, it would suck, since it will be VERY op, freezing lots of troops, and it would just suck.
