Looking for hardcore th8-th10 war oriented to start new clan

Hello guys and girls. Are you bored of being in clan where there are rules totally opposite to what you prefer? This thread is for you.

I am Devil mAy cry (in game name). Xp 98. Th8 max. I am looking forward to lead a new clan and take it to new heights. So I need atleast 10 solid war oriented th8+ active members to start a new clan. Clan rules will be based on all of your opinions. And all 10 members starting the clan will be promoted to co-leaders.
