Poor device protection or unsecured device.
hacks are rare if not far too hard.
contact support for better help.

Unable to login doesn't mean you are hacked.
can u be more specific or describe what kind of problem u're facing now?
If you check the "Bugs and Problems" tab, you will find dozens of others have had a similar problem, and it was not hacking.
If you cant log in it's maybe because you forgot your password. Sometimes it happens to me, i got many accounts for different websites and i need to try 3-4 before i manage to log in XD
Try not panicking when you insert your password and make sure you are using the correct capital letters.
If still doesnt work, you should first contact your email provider. By gaining access to your email you can get back your coc account too.
Also next time make sure to put a security check on your email and add your phone in the email's security for verification.
I visited a website from facebook which required my personal data which i foolishly provided and the next morning someone had already change my password and all my recovery options.
i swear it was hacked. I tried to recover my google account but he had changed all my recovery options too.

Phishing attack! Did you enter the password on that site which is asking for your personal information? What kind of website it was?
If you can't log in, it doesn't mean that you have been hacked. If you can't log in, is there a message saying that you can't log in? If so, sent a screenshot of it. Try going to the support center, there is nothing the forum players here can do for you.

Hello and welcome to the forums! It's unfortunate to hear that your Google credentials were compromised. However no one on the forums will be able to assist you with your issue and you will need to contact SC support directly. You will need to prove ownership of your account by answering questions and supplying a copy of an invoice for your first gem purchase. Everything will take a few days while you prove that you are the "original" owner of the account.
*** The first thing I would do is contact Google (or whoever is you email provider) Customer support, recover your email, change your Google password and then contact SC support ***

What you can do for CoC is to prove SC that you are the owner of the village and if you manage to get your village back then try to link it to a different email this time.
As for your email, you need to contact your email provider (gmail/yahoo/outlook etc) and try to figure what the solution might be.
