Hello and welcome to the forums. For many the issue corrected itself but others have reported doing the following corrected the issue...
SOLUTION: Open Play Games App, go to Settings, and make sure "Sign in to games automatically" is checked for all accounts.
*** Again, make sure you do this for ALL accounts ***

tried froce stop game update, deleting cache and game data but the problem persists .
please provide a solution as soon as possible

Even i am having the same issue. I checked the above and the option was already enabled. Still unable me to load the game progress from few accounts.

Just to add one more thing. Today, I was notified to change password for my 2 accounts. After changing the password, those accounts are not working. To make sure it wasn't a hack attempt, i changed the password again, but still CoC doesn't load from those 2 accounts.
I tried everything. Reinstalling CoC.. Selecting Sign In automatically in google play services for all the accounts (which were btw already selected) - restarted the phone...
