Introducing: The Forum Reputation System

IMO, the FRS isn't gonna make it past the 60 day trial period. I'm saying this because a lot of people have been facing flak recently because of it and I'm one of them. Due to the FRS, I can't even post my opinion freely due to the fear of being downvoted so much that I'll have to quit the forums. Recently I've been downvoted very often, even though I haven't made a single toxic comment till date and I've been polite to everyone on the forums. I know some people (I'm not referencing to anyone here) who are always ready to rebuke other people irrespective of their contribution to the forums. I rest my case here. If anyone wanna downvote me for this, then they can do so freely. Thanks.

Looking at a few of your downvotes you got one for posting intentionally in wrong sub then call someone else out on it. Neither are horrible things but can you understand now how some of the pushback arose. Anyways never stop posting how you feel aslong as you do it politely. I myself have a few views that go against the grain yet have 0 legitimate downvotes. Its not so much what you say its how you say it that will effect how people take it. I have had plenty of spirited debate that ended on a positive note just by the way i respond. Hope that makes sense and helps you more enjoy the time you spend on forums.

I like it. You are free to post opinions if they are reasonable opinions stated in a thoughtful way. However, if your opinion is that all legends just go there because they like their shiny badge, then prepare to get down votes from legends who take offense to your comment, especially if you haven't been there, but even if you have.

Where do you look to see the reason they gave someone good or bad rep?

go to player profile. If the player has an up/down vote there will be a tab for reputation.

I will be establishing accounts every day to police this forum and rid it of the know it all dweebs and SC fanboys. I will deliver feedback honestly and fairly when I encounter them.

You will need to make 50 posts and keep a +10 reputation to have any effect on another forumers reputation. Good luck.
