This is simply incorrect. As was explained by TriStarCarnage in the earlier thread which you created:

"Each time a member gives a reputation point, it could be +1 (green), 0 (grey) or -1 (red). It depends on whether the member has filled the conditions to give rep point (minimum 50 posts).

Gray vote = want to give a vote but doesn't have the post count required. So it adds 0 instead of +1/-1 to the current reputation count."

A mod will only intervene with a reputation point if there has been a violation of rule #20.

You keep trying to make this point on threads but its painfully false and spreading misinformation. It has been explained to you that the grey means somebody tried to upvote them but since the person had less than 50 posts no rep could be gained.

That's not correct. I am just trying to figure out if the mods go through each negative rep and figure out if they are justified or not. If they do then how do they come to that conclusion?

If you believe it is unjustified report it to a mod. Negative votes need to have a reason for it and the mods can see and delete the UNWARRANTED downvote. If its warranted they wont remove it.

You've gone from making a positive accusation that mods are changing negative votes if it is grey'd out to suggesting that you are just trying to figure out if the mods go through each negative rep to see if they are justified or not and if so how do they come to that conclusion.

That is two entirely different statements.

The position in respect to grey'd out votes has been explained to you a few times now. I fail to see whats not to understand.

As far as the mods go, again as explained, they will only intervene if there has been a violation of rule #20 which is of course an objective assessment. They will not be going through each and every vote.

Ok, whatever you say then. I am not going to argue with you anymore about it because you obviously aren't understanding what I am trying to say.
