My fellow farmer is on her third free 3 day Rose and Ernest hire. I tried them for the original week long trial, but have yet to be offered the 3 days for free. Has anyone else had this?

This is at least the 3rd free 3 day period she has offered me. I always take her up on her offer.

I've had an offer available since December - a good two months now. So far it hasn't expired. As shephergirl says, you can send them back to their cliff. That's what I did and the flag has been waving ever since to indicate that the free offer is available.Quote:

Although I must admit I have liked them more and more after each trial, if I was higher level meaning they had more storage I would hire them myself.
I think SuperCell should consider giving Rose about 50% more storage than Ernest. Her products burn out far quicker than Ernest's post use.
One of the reasons I love Tom a session from him can leave me stocked for a good week or so.
Rose surplus stock is lucky to last a day.
Have had about 3 free trials so far, have used them but wouldn't use diamonds for them.
I've never used them from the very beginning and I've never gotten a free 3 day trial offer. Maybe I still have the 10 day trial from the very beginning? Also after that, wasn't there another free trial after Rose was 'fixed'? Maybe one doesn't get the offers if one can still use the original offers?
To find out if there's an offer available, tap on Rose and Ernest's house. You will get an image of each of them; one or both may have a "free" symbol. If you tap on one of them you will see the options (like you do with Tom). The options will show how long the free period will be. You can say "no thanks" and the offer will remain.Quote:

This is a very good idea. I have 120 of storage. I'm not sure how it goes up by level but I feel this is more than enough for Ernest. I never seem to be able to store much dairy product with or without Ernest. Rose's storage then again gets full quickly and she doesn't work anymore. Seems like a waste. I use them on days when I don't play or play very little and they are very helpful. I'd want to come back to much more milk and bacon than 120.Quote:

I see that Rose is doing her tasks, however Ernest is ignoring the milk tasks and concentrating on the sugar mill. Do I have something set Wrong? I am asking for various dairy products along with the sugars.

I have now come across an interesting twist on hiring Rose and Ernest. On my main farm I have been using them regularly for several weeks (my dairy and sugar supplies have never been so good, and my stock of products made with those supplies has gone through the roof).
I hire them for 14 days, usually. Last time their contract came to an end, as has always happened before, they immediately offered 10% off if I re-hired them within an hour. Unfortunately, I nodded off! When I awoke the offer had gone, so I bit the bullet and paid full price for another 2 weeks.
Those two weeks have come to an end, and I have not received the 10% offer this time. I wonder if it's because I paid full price?
I'm going to leave them sitting on the bench and see what happens. Guess I'd better get used to making sugar, feeding my animals, and working in the dairy again!
Let us know what happens. Maybe you will start getting the 3 days for free offer or maybe they will make you wait a month before giving you the 10% again. Let's just hope you aren't stuck at full pay forever!
I initially hired Rose and Ernie one at a time and thus my offers have come one at a time. This time, I wanted to wait our Rose's offer so I could have them hired at the same time.
So, Rose is waiting and Ernie is still sitting.
I did not really make a note of when I first got Rose's offer... I am certain it has been at least a week.
Has anyone else hired them separately, then together like this?
Please excuse my bump... has anyone had any experience with the above?
