Likewise here :unsure:
I personally think it's rather rude to not send a thank you note just because the helpful person couldn't read your mind. I think people like that shouldn't be having neighbors to begin with. There's pros and cons with everything. I bet no one complains when those same neighbors help with their boats. Can't have the cake and eat it too. Blame your hoodies for being too slow instead of being stingy on a thank you note that costs you nothing but an extra tap. As for raiders, oh man, the debate goes back like half a decade at this point. Don't put things up for sale if you can't handle people buying as much of as little as they feel like.
I thought you really have to tap the avatars of the people who helped revived your plants, since that would be the only time when your plants will start growing again.
Though I really am very careful now because I lost a number of diamonds from tapping plants. Ahaha.
Wow, I have been playing Hay Day over a year now and had never heard that before. I sometimes buy everything in someone's shop, never thought it would bother anyone to do that. And I have filled my shop with things to sell and one person buys it all, that's fine with me. The stuff is FOR SALE, why should it matter who buys it?! If I want to sell something to someone in my neighborhood I don't advertise it in the paper, and I have communication with my neighbor to know they are at my shop and waiting when I put the item up. Seems like some folks take this game way too seriously.
I just back read some posts and I am quite surprised about some reactions.
I agree with farmwife that a lot of times, a single person would buy from my rss, and that's just fine with me. It is what it is. It's not like the person is actually stalking your store the entire day, eagerly waiting for you to put up an item then grab it. When I was new, I would buy a lot of stuff, especially those I can sell for a profit, since that was what was advised by some long time players here, and I thought it was good advice too.
I also try to help my neighbors when I can. I don't "Care" if you send me cards or not, but deliberately not clicking on them because a neighbor helped you out...keerist.
Unless players become mind readers, I don't think these things should be a big deal. If it is, you can announce it on your FB or spell it out using your farm name. I've seen some doing that and I steer clear from their plants or rss.
Raiding = shopping
:rolleyes:
