Your best bet is quadrolaloon. 2haste 1 poi rest rage. Won't work on all bases though. I would reccomend watching some guides. Also, don't expect to reach Titans, it is almost all th11. Good luck!
I'm pretty sure the hardcore TH9 trophypushers use dragloon based armies
Titan 2 here and using queen pop laloon
Using 3 Lava, 24 loons 5 minion + cc lava any level and poison while for spells 2 rages and rest haste.
It's a guarantee 3 on TH9s (at least for me lol) and a solid 2 star on TH10s, new or high level. Heroes kinda make a difference, but not something that major on most occasions.
Another army can be gowipe, simple, straight forward, and a pit destroyer for TH9s and TH10s that have multi infernos. However, issue is that it can't really 3 star other TH9s like quatrolavaloon can, but is great for ensuring a win on most TH10s that don't necessarily have a centered town hall.
