Th9s need to have combined hero level of 20
Th10s need a combined hero level of 40
Th11 (BK & AQ) combined level of 60

Well, no war whilst heroes or spells are upgrading
Max troops for war
If a specific donation request is made, don't give something different
100 donations to be included in war
500 for elder
