I know some people buy diamonds but, apart from that, everything we do is supposed to be for fun and for free. As I read some of the posts, I began to feel so guilty about not being able to fill all the crates on other people's boats, then common sense returned as some posters stated that they do what I do, I.e. fill some crates some of the time. I ask for help occasionally, like yesterday, I needed 6 strawberry cakes and 9 syrups, and I only have one machine to make white sugar and syrup so some kind soul was able to provide 2 cakes and I managed the rest on my own. To return that favour, I try and fill crates for other people when I visit their farms; however, it's not always I've got 14 pop corns or 8 brown sugars so I can't help. Luckily, my ice cream maker is going practically all the time and these are usually required in 2's so I give these when I can.
i don't understand the condemnation of some posters who seem to expect a reciprocal service from everybody. This is a game and, if somebody helps me, I'm delighted. Likewise, I feel a little bit chuffed when I help somebody else. But, if I helped somebody else and they didn't return the favour I wouldn't cry over it!!
