Urgent need for Farming DE Army- Goblin Knife doesn’t work

Hey.

I urgently need a good DE farming army- my heroes need upgrading.

Up in crystal, Goblin Knife doesn’t work- the most DE I find is 2000, and the army costs 580 DE with the 4 earthquakes.

I only used goblin knife on dead bases, those ones are the only ones with good DE.

Sometimes i see a base with amazing DE (3000+) and its in the centre of the base. The attack is not strong enough to blast through a near-max th 9 base.


Any suggestions?

One strategy i use in this crystal trophy range is LavaLoon, I’ve been getting threes everywhere.

I have attacked a video for a method I have used. If you don't have access to bowlers then request for wizards or valks they work just as good. Also with this method you don't have heroes but if you have them use them to snag extra loot.

what u goblin knife comp?..i use goblin knife with no prob at gold and crystal.12 giant/10 wiz/8wb/104 gob.3 heal/1 quake.

First of all be sure that splash damage isn't raining down on them or GBs are taking them out. Assuming you already know the concepts of Gob Knife all that's left is sending them in waves. Don't send them all at once. Preferably 1/3 of goblins per wave adding up to a total of 3 waves, this is to make sure that if the 1st wave gets wiped out by GBs, the 2nd wave can go deeper and dismantle more traps etc while the 3rd wave usually gets the bacon.

LaLoonion works great when your heroes are down.

What I use to farm DE is a GoWiPe with a QW;

4xHealer
4xPekka
4xWB
13xWizards
2xMinions
3xRage
1xJump
1xPoison

CC: Golem and Poison

Total DE cost: 143, that is if you use the poison and both minions.


I use this up in Champions and Titan to hit TH9s and 10s. Quite often you come out with a 5-7k DE profit per attack with the bonus. It's absolutely amazing and I recommend it to everyone that asks.

Your queen should be at least level 20 for a proper QW against TH9s and low 10s.

Gob knife works well right up to masters in my experience.

Drop the quakes and take a jump, 2 heal and a rage instead. Poison for CC. Clear the path for gobs with giants/archers. Wb past the first walls then jump to core. Gobs under heal and rage totally destroy the core.

Look for active bases with 3 - 4k of dark (they are there) and heroes will take no time at all.

Dropping hounds gets you much more profit per raid. Always use loonion on my mini, 32 loons, 27 minions, 3 wbs (for King cleanup if he's awake). You don't need hounds when hitting bases with down bows, which should be around plenty in crystal. Making 2500 dark profit a raid adds up fast ;)

I am in crystal 1.

I use 15 giants, 10 wiz, 8 wall breakers rest gob. i also use 3 quake (one from CC) and two heal. I plan on changing the quake for a jump, and an extra rage.

Why are you using 4 quakes instead of 1 jump to rage and heal to the core? If the goal is to get DE, you're wasting DE on quakes. I use 12 giants, 8 wb, 40 archers, 88 goblins, 2 rage, 1 heal, 1 jump, and 1 poison. In cc you can have more giants to check for double bombs. Make sure you take out cc and clear the path to the core. Giant bombs and cc are usually the cause of failures for goblin knife.

This was my thought too.

OP you can go Babies and Loons but the elixir cost is quite high.

how about visiting my guild to watch replay on goblin knife.i have 2 alt acc on crystal league using goblin knife.and main acc in master using lavaloon.just pm me if u interested before the 4x bonus event end.

yes don`t use quakes at all that defeats the point, wallbreak first layer with giants either side (after testing cc and removing any goblin targets around edge) set the jump, rage on top of giants, start goblins off with 1 finger then when potential bombs are pass by gobs turn goblin stream into 3 fingered drop before rage and jump finish. watch out for wizard towers....
