Broken Panda: LVL 6 Clan: Looking for mature, active members

Hey there fellow clasher! If you're looking at this recruitment post, then that means:
1) This post happens to be on the first or second page of the recruitment sub-forum,
or 2) You’re looking for a something that all those other clans don’t have.
And I can tell you the special feature our clan offers – FLEXIBILITY.
What I mean by this is that when you’re in our clan,
YOU can choose to play however you feel like. Whether by being a ruthless war maniac or by peacefully and efficiently farming your base,
YOU choose. We even offer
YOU the choice of how to contribute to the clan/prove activity. We are also flexible in the event of school- or work-related emergencies/crises. We are reasonable, so if you give us a good reason and a heads up and we’ll readily give you the pass on inactivity.
(NOTE: I say “play” for all those hoppers/dead players. But if you’re here on forums, you guys probably don’t need me to say this.)

History of Broken Panda... (you can skip this if you want)
Broken Panda is what we would call a “hybrid” clan with both war players and farming players and was founded by the player Metallic Shrimp. The clan was initially just a casual clan with minimal members. However, the founder shortly left the game to a player named danielsoju (totally not me...), who transformed it into a more serious clan.
In the past, this clan was an active 50/50-member clan with bi-weekly wars. However, it all started to fall apart when the leader took a mini-break from wars for work-related reasons.
We all know the frustration of upgrading walls/heroes and the wasting resources in wars. On top of that, the November 2015 town hall/shield update got lots of farmers upset. A short war losing streak was the last straw, at which point some members in the clan left the clan and the game. Soon enough the clan felt a leaving wave as more members left and more still went inactive.
It was tempting to abandon the clan, but doing so would forfeit all our hard work and progress in the clan. And so we have started the process of rebuilding out clan to its former glory, only this time with a new approach; flexibility.

Although we sacrifice fast clan progression in favor of flexibility, we believe that we can excel without being like all the other hardcore war clans.
Instead of demanding quality, we can make it ourselves; rather than being naturally perfect, we can create and refine excellence within our clan.
Which leads us to our only true requirement: COMMITMENT.
We all know the purpose of clans is to cooperate to improve our Clash of Clans experience and progress.
And we can only do that if we all play our part.

HOW DO I APPLY?
Include "Fix the Panda" when requesting to join the clan to let us know you've read this post.
And just for formalities and maybe the unimaginative (like myself), we’ll give you some recommendations:
Recommendations:
- Language:
o English (or use translator)
- Time Zone:
o EST (Current time zone)
- Age:
o 18+ (Current age range)
- Donations:
o 200/Cycle
o 1 : 2 (Give : Receive) Ratio
- Troops:
o TH5 >> Wizards, Giants
o TH6 >> Healers, Wizards, Giants
o TH7 >> Dragons
o TH8 >> Golems, Valkyries, Hog Riders, Balloons, Wizards
o TH9 >> Lava Hounds, Golems, Valkyries, Hog Riders, Balloons, Wizards
- Spells:
o Preferably all of them unlocked and all elixir spells upgraded
- Heroes:
o Unlock and upgrade them
- Replay:
o Best one according to gameplay style (i.e. 3-star revenge attack for war, best loot attack)
Future War Plans:
- Bi-weekly
- Use both attacks
- 1st Attack – minimum 2 numbers below your town hall number + new members share replay of same attack
- 2nd Attack – clean up
