Is there a certain time the clock resets for being able to donate?
You can donate a max of 20 items per day. I am not sure when the "day" ends as we are all different time zones :DQuote:

I believe it is 24 hours from your first donation of that cycle. If you donate first item at 2pm Tuesday, it resets at 2pm wed. But if you don't donate again until 6 pm wed, it won't reset until 6 Thursday, not 2pm Thursday
