Guys,
If we attack TH11 (as a TH10), and his EA and TH is well separate (far distance).
Which side we should approach?
I always confuse which one I should attack first.
Attack the TH first, for securing 1 star. But the EA, keep attacking my Hero. Sometime I fail to destroy the TH.
Attack the EA first, and destroy him. But my troop die before reaching TH.
TH11's EA is my big problem.

If you are trying a two star attempt on a th11 as a th10, you must use a two phase attack. First, grab a lot of percentage by killing outside buildings, usually done using baby dragons and loons, or bowlers, etc.
having the ea and th far apart means that the th is not centralised. So then just rush the hall.... using a golem or two, few wiz, a few spells, heroes and if necessary, valks.
If they are separate, target the TH for a 2* attempt.
But, as Paari said, you want to do as much as possible without waking the eagle: create funnel, grab percentage, etc. This can be nibbling away at the edges with baby drags, or a QW. Once the eagle is awake you need to pretty much rush in
