"rust spell"

Rust spell is a spell which is available in dark spell factory.The features of this spell are given below:
1)Rust spell will work on defence buildings only.(not on troops and not even on walls)
2)Rust spell will make defence building slow and also decrese their fire power also due to rusting.
3)This spell will have infernos as favourite target on which if we put 3 spells then they will not be able to stop the healing from spell and healer.
3)This spell should cost above 100 dark elixir.
4)Level of the spell will not affect the spell from stopping the spell's ability to make infernos to stop healing(i mean only 3 spells will be needed for their special ability like earthquake spell which need 4 spells no matter of what level).
IF YOU LIKE MY IDEA THEN PLEASE REPLY ME.I THINK THIS SPELL WILL GO BOOM BECAUSE EVERY TH 10 and above CLASHER WILL LIKE IT

This spell could use some tweaking. While it would be similar to the Poison Spell, as in slowing down and reducing damaging from defenses, some defenses like the Archer Tower and Wizard Tower are not like the other defenses as they have actual troops working them. Rust wouldn't really slow those defense down, probably need something that works on all defending buildings. I don't particularly care for the idea of having something neutralize permanently in a raid, even considering you have use 3 Rust Spells, I don't see majority of players using up housing space to allow the use of healing near a Inferno Tower.

We all know every CLASHER use to take 1 or 2 freeze spell for infernos....and freeze spell only stops defences and troops for 5 seconds only but this spell will stop their ability completelyand also reduce their fire rate also.....

Cool idea but why not make it in below of th10? Players would appreciate that

TH9 and below do not need it.
