TH7 max and above
Must be active in donations and do both attacks if selected in war
No rushed base
Must always and only use english language
Must be older than 18 years old
Must have at least 1800 trophies to join
PROMOTION CONDITIONS
- Must Donate 500 for elder
- Co Leader promotion is earned by loyalty (Depends on how active and good you are)
