What is the best league to farm in th9 along with a cheap army?
On my mini (TH9) I use BAM in Crystal 2. It's very cheap, lots of dead bases, go for collectors and 50%.
(90 barbs, 90 archers, 20 minions, no spells, hogs/giants/golem in CC)
Depends your aim tbh.
Goblin knife for DE ( can also use for dead bases if you come across one, however you wont get 50%) I use one jump and one rage to the centre so its cheap. 16 Giants , 42 archers , 90 goblin and 4 WB's.
and BAM is also a very good option but not sure the comp
For de i use gob knife
For gold and elixir i use barch with lighting spell to drop on de drill if i encounter any :p
Cheap army? GKnife or Barch/BAM in lower leagues (Gold or Crystal)
