-our core is made up of mature 30/40 year olds who keep it cool without any dramas
-most of us are not good at war but we end up winning most wars
-we use line to communicate. It is great way to cement our bonds and have a good time
-no problem whatsoever with donations (lack of donations is usually the #1 reason to get the boot)
-newbies get promoted quite quickly when they contribute to the clan

We have been looking at other clans but we're realizing that actually we have a solid core with strong players. But we want to take the extra mile, get 5-10 more active people to run 24/7.
Looking for individual or groups who are dissatisfied with their leadership. Here leadership is sound and promotions are based on merit. It's difficult to break old habits but new challenges will come!
