Fix Engineering - Allow MAX troops at every TH level

It would be way easier if folks would stop blaming their attack ability deficits on engineered bases. I used to "engineer" my clan wars back in 2014 by taking a couple th3s and/or th4s into war. Because everyone else could cover the rest, it's no different than what we see today. I don't engineer myself (on my main), I max my bases, and recommend others to, before going to the next th level. But I take into war the best I have, there will always be someone who will 3* your base. Work on your base design, you know how the troops funnel, make them go in the direction you want them to. We have both won and lost against engineered clans; rather than run away with our tails tucked blaming someone else for our loss, we move on. Defensive structure strength alone is not going to help you in a war, base design is the first and most critical defense.

Just my opinion and I don't care if folks agree or disagree, I respect their opinion even if they don't respect others.

Prosper you've been on the forums awhile, you should know why this is a bad idea. Giving the th any weight makes no sense as it is only a high hit point building and contributes nothing to offense while acting as a bulkier storage on defense.

Rushers barely even know how to upgrade stuff let alone drown them in information they can barely comprehend, look at all areas not just war. Don't propose a half baked idea thinking it's the right way to do so.

What's with the lots of question marks? You think you've won the argument probably? No one is forcing you to go engineered, every player has the freedom to develop their bases as they wish.

Yes the engineering issue blew out of proportions and has been an issue for a time now. Ever heard of modders? If you don't go read or watch some stuff regarding it and tell me how bad engineering is compared to modding.

I could accept this way of playing if it wouldnt force me to play with it. But it does! They found a way to play the game how it originally should not supposed to be... And many of you just keep saying accept it... I cant, because this is not about attacking well or building a nice base or something like this! It is like finding the weak points of the system and this is far from the real aim of this game! Thats why Im upset and Im sure many others would agree with me they just struggle to describe the exact problem. Same as I do, but maybe Im understandable now.

On the end of the day troop levels should influence the matchmaking as much as building levels or at least bring them closer... If SC want to keep this engineering stuff well... i wouldnt but if they do I think the very least they shouldnt leave the option for engineered clans to easily beat relatively good normal clans.

Making offense to defense have the same weight and match whatever is higher from the base/ profile? High offense gets matched with high defense and vice versa?

They need to weigh offense higher.

This doesn't mean add up values for every troop in the player profile, as they don't all get used together. Better to weigh higher the according to the strongest troop the player has, a small component for the second highest, and ignore the rest.

Again there's no one forcing you to do so, if you dont like matching against engineers then find players with infernos or leveled up xbows.

No you're far away from understandable, they find the weak points of the sytem yes but you're straying away from the topic of me giving opinions to your idea and just using emotional appeal for it

Engineering is in no way akin to modding and for you to compare players playing within the rules to outright cheats is both offensive and wrong.

It's not a problem at all. Map position just shows a base's defensive strength relative to its own clan, as you have been told multiple times.

Now what? It's not the only solution nor it is the right one. Engineering is a legitimate play, Rushing whether intentional with a goal in mind or not is legitimate play. The real issue is the MM on how it should be fixed to mitigate sandbagging.

It's always the "Different than mine is wrong" card every time
