When you finish the 3rd harvest of your trees and bushes, it will show a saw and a tag. If you drag the tag to the tree or bush, it will show up when people visit your farm to buy things from your roadside stand, or help your boat. The visitors will revive your bushes and trees, and leave their ID tag. If you tap the tag twice the helper will get a thank you note. They don't get a certificate for every thank you note, but the more thank you notes they get, the more gift certificates they get.
