I would like to upgrade to to th9 sometime, what should i upgrade before i do that. I would like to max defences and troops, but i keep getting max elixir with a few days left in the lab. In advice. Also how do you put pictures on.

well, good for u
just max ur mortars, wiz towers, cannons, AT, AD, HT first. for troops, do ones u use most first
It's better to max everything at every th level. Follow what Pranav said.:) I'm a th8 too and though its really tempting to upgrade, a few people adviced me to max them elix collectors, thus I decided to stay. That's aside from the fact that having a new th to manage would be unwise for me as I don't have time with all my studies in med school. Goodluck to you bro!:)

Since you are farming upgrade splash damage first
Just stop protecting your elixir, it's a great buffer for goblins, and actually any type of troop (except giants). I tend to train random troops which my clan member wish for if I should have to much elixir.
To solve your elixir problems, the rest has been said.
As most had already mentioned, upgrade Wiz Towers first. Then I would say Arch towers and Air defense. Leave cannons for last as your current Air defense is pretty much non-existent. Testals take forever, so you could leave it for last, use 4 builders on teslas and one on walls.
