If AQ & BK is up you use the same method you used for 10 I would think.
I find it really hard to loot without my warden
when he was down, I used healers/bowlers.... The more Bowlers you use, the less elixir of course. But it will lower your DE some quick
Use golems as shields if you gotta if you really have a lot of DE
Ballonion
30 loons, rest minions
2 haste, 2 heals, 2 rages
Use heroes to get at least 1 air def. (4 wall breakers recommended)
Dark elixir is no concern really.
Just have to get tonnes of elixir.

I'm in the same boat, and I've been switching between lavaloonion (3 hounds, 24 loons, 15 minions, 2 freeze, 6 haste, 1 poison) and mass goblin on partially filled collectors. Lavaloonion costs about 180k elixir, and mass gobs is usually less than 20k. Aiming mostly for TH10s or 11s without eagles. Sitting in gold league. Upgraded warden to 6 in the first week and just started 7. Gemming time, not resources. Goblins seems to be faster to get elixir, but sometimes it's hard to find bases with easy access collectors.
