How to attack max th11?

I need help on how to attack max th11 as max th10
I'm in titan 3 and i would like to push in titan 2/1

Please provide us with more information, we need to know what kind of base designs you're talking about.
Every base design has its own approach on how to attack it.

Your best bets are probably a dragloon army or maybe even gowipe/giwipe. You can use laloonion as well but can be a bit riskier.

Laloonion, babyloon and golaloon. QW with walks work good as well.
