Annoyed loss of axes

I'm am really annoyed, yesterday I was doing truck tasks when I accidentally bumped the people who stand in front of it. The first thing I noticed when I bumped the person is it jumping in the air then my axes flying out of my barn. Before I did this I knew I had over 120 axes in my barn and then after I had 72 axes. Oh wow that is a lot of axes. I never touch these people has I have noticed they take a lot of ur product for example one time I noticed they wanted 70 of my white sugars. Who has 70 sugars free? I contacted hayday support and explained what happened they basically said it was my own fault has I must have chosen yes to the different options. But the main reason I complained was that I think they need to change the amount of resources they ask for in case we accidentally bump them, but they didn't listen. Who else as made this mistake👿

I had my biggest losses from those damned farm visitors, but that was a long time ago...so many axes lost! I lived and learned. They were as painful as speeding up wheat with diamonds at one time.

I don't do it anymore, but I know it was my fault. I learned from my mistakes and adjusted my game accordingly.

Had a couple of axes/saw losses this way too. Learned and now slowing down every finger touch when I m in their area.

As they ask for what you have the most, or what you have not, i find them very useful though. Not only to buy all this wheat / corn we keep for them, but also to remind me what i' m out of.

I feel your pain. I sold them way too many tomatoes one time. Tomatoes that had taken me many many hours to grow.
However I like when they ask for huge amounts of wheat and I sell them lots and lots of wheat.
So yes it can be risky but I think the rewards outweigh the risk.

I still accidentally bump bump things. But I'm extra careful with my visitors.
I find if I have so many saws/axes that they are asking for them that I have more than I can use. That's when I start harvesting fruit and have some fruit sales to use up some axes and saws.

What I do is I send all of them away until I get 2 that are asking for wheat. I leave them to stand on my farm forever. Then, if I accudentally tap them, I lose wheat and only wheat -

I did that myself once, and it sure was heartbreaking. Unfortunately, Hay Day has poor support. I think they should have a confirm button on the visitors, like they do for the diamond usage. I myself once bought a stupid snowman for 25 diamonds before the confirm button was added to the game. I do not use real money to play the game, so my diamonds are hard to come by.

I've had it happen too. I wish there was an "undo" option for visitors so that if you sell accidentally, you have at least a few moments to undo. Even if it cost a few diamonds to use the undo option, say up to 5, that would be OK with me... I'd rather spend a few diamonds than lose half or more than half of my axes, which I'm often short on anyway.

I was always wondering if anyone actually sold axes to the visitors... I guess I have my answer. But why not sell them in your RSS? You could make some lucky players very happy. :)

I think we all make this mistake sooner or later..

I click the visitors when I see them to make them disappear, only selling them wheat or ask them to leave
