I'll begin ... we started a 20v20 war ... got matched relatively quickly. We have two strong th11s, three th10s, and the rest are th9s. We got matched against ten th11s - ALL with gordons - and two th10s. SC owes us a nice dinner and a movie after this clan is done ravaging us.

So we have 6 bases with (some) Th10 offence. They have 13 with Th10+ offence, 4 of them with TH11. I won't see defence weights until battle day, but they are up on the top bases - 3 inferno bases vs 1 in particular. They also have about 60 extra total hero levels extra, including 4 wardens.
Sadly for us we have 2 big 9.5s out and a low one in, so we're going to struggle to clear their top 4; whereas on our #1 they can do up to 3 TH dip attacks on him. It's not impossible we'll get the double perfect draw, but it's unlikely. As you'd expect of any unpleasant match these days, the enemy has substantially lower defence in the bottom 10 bases.
The frustration of these wars, regardless of balance is most of the attack and defence is pointless. A load of our attacks are clearing semi-defenceless. And none of our defences will be against same TH. I like being 9.5 partly because I like the defence - it's always possible for the attacker to 3* me. But this war the first attack (except for any scouts) will have level 3 bowlers and max warden. In my opinion any TH10 is fair enough; and I've been hit by 40/40 TH10s (and defended them). But when the enemy can try multiple TH11 hits on my base without it really impacting them, there's not a lot of point worrying about base design really.

Assuming middling teslas and complete, but low level traps I think that adds up to about 57k or 58k defence weight. Hard for a TH7 with drags, but a trivial kill for any TH8
