And what sets the Dark Dragon apart from the other troops other than it cost Dark Elixir to train?

It is a black or another dark color it has more health points more damage

Nothing really unique from the current max Dragon on Rage & Grand Warden assist, aside from color scheme. The game is fine with 2 Dragons at the moment, though. So maybe a different type of air troop with a unique attack pattern might get noticed better.
