Move up....why stay a TH 9 when there is TH 11?
Going by what you said, I would say go ahead and upgrade ur TH. This time only upgrade your offense and put your gold in your walls. Do not add any new defenses. You will see how ull become the MOST WANTED base for war. U can cut through any th9 once ur th9.5. That's what we here at 49 immortals specialize in.
Initial Month sucks for TH10 but this is even if you maxed out anyway. Once you get rolling TH10 loot is way better also if you havent made champion yet thats like a couple thousand gems dude! The sooner you get to that the better. If I were you I would level up to TH11 ASAP! you also have the luxury of dropping those Infernos and Eagle tower early since you dont war.
You started off saying base was max'd. You aren't max'd. You're a long way from max'ing 9.
But...go ahead. Move to 10. But you cant legitimately state you max'd your base before going to 10.
