- Researches maxed ( Only hound witch and hog left)
- I don't want to war anytime soon.
- I am a farmer
- I am a practitioner/semi-novice in th9 attacks.
Should I move to th10 or stay at th9?

As a farmer go to TH10 but word to the wise farming is not as easy at Th10 at least for the first couple months.

It depends on your goal. If you like war, then no. Max your heroes and troops and enjoy the game. If you are mostly multiplayer as you said, then its up to you, but farming will be hard above Crystal. Unless your clan has a problem with it, it wont be a big deal.

it works for sure just Th10 for me was much harder to get going.
I went to TH10 with 100% finished 9 Walls and Defenses, King23 Queen 27
And even with dead bases the defenses are usually 2 levels up from TH9.
I have never been a Barb and Archer player but hunt dead bases almost exclusively for my COC career.
There was a for sure struggle in the beginning for me and it has smoothed out now and I really enjoy TH10 at this point.
I went to 10 when I could not spend my resources any longer and I think your at the same point.
I'm 100 walls away from all LVL11 and have 1/3 of my lab complete. The pace of TH10 slows VS TH9 I guess might be the biggest change.
If you a farmer, it fine to go to TH10 as and when you want.
And yes, TH9 Barch troops still work fine (plus you will have 20 more camp spaces, once those army camps are upgraded)
you say you are a farmer, then upgrade and put down those inferno towers right away and farm away.
Farming is so much easier at TH10 than TH9, upgrade. With around 20 attacks per day, I'm making around 7-8mil gold, 6-7mil elixir and 40-50k DE per day
Infernos make every defensive upgrade you made in the past 6 months obsolete, definitely drop them the first day of TH10
