If the lowers attack efficiently, that leads to more options. This nonsense about junk at the bottom and engineered .5's leads to: 1) brainless dipping/cleaning; 2) no challenge for the mids and bottoms; 3) guaranteed cleaning of each side leaving the entire war being decided by the top 1 or 2.
So if you have a 20 v 20, lets say 2 th11, 3 th10, and 15 th9, equal on each side. If one clan's th9's keep NOT 3 starring the other's 9's, well, thats gonna be a problem for them. Can only dip so far. There will be open buckets. But thats obsolete now. Everyone is a 9.5, then junk at the bottom to offset. So itll be 9.5's all the way down to number 11 or 12, so brainless cleaning ensues. It just leads to bad, BORING wars. Fact.
