Exactly. Just shows that .5s are inconsistent. Im seeing the exact opposite both enemies and me and my other clans. You are seeing something different. If engineering was a consistent advantage id suspect there would be more complaints about this and more uniformity

There is no doubt a proper engineered clan will gain an advantage. IMO, there has been more than enough complaints, it's just players as yourself write them off as if they're completely false.

Are you seriously calling .5s properly engineered?

We were talking about .5s right?

also someone posted something where they had a very balanced roster and they added ONE .5 and promptly got mismatched and lost.

.5s = liability (only if the .5s are well-developed with strong heroes and troops)

yup im sure. forums make up a tinyyyyy amount of players, complains are even fewer.
logical deduction.
and engineers make up a small % of the player population, they arent as common as you say

That's your opinion and you're entitled to it. My opinion is different. Just because you don't agree doesn't mean the complaint isn't legit. If they're as rare as you're saying Supercell wouldn't need to balance them.

I irony is they broke their silence long before this thread started. They said they are adjusting matchmaking to counter engineered (they called them lopsided) bases and they have. There is more they can do but they have started and it has made a difference and they weren't silent about it.

I think their comments & actions were vague enough that many folks feel like basically nothing will change...
