We are live in war where their #1 has a weight of about 65000. Town hall 10 with 3 level 3 xbows and 2 level 2 inferno. I am our #1 and have weight of about 52000. Town hall 9 with level 3 and level 2 xbows. We have a rushed town hall 11 in war but he only has dragons at level 4. Town hall 7 defence. We are going to try our best but really outmatched in this one
Hi, can i drop by to see, because usually 3 lvl3 xbow+ 2 lvl2 Inferno itself will bring huge penalty, so 65K means should have nothing else.Quote:

Maybe I don't know a lot about war weight. I will have to run it by our leader to see if you can take a look. He has almost max 9 defence except sweeper and bomb tower. I am about half max defence. In fact their top 4 are stronger than our top.
he must not have much of anything else if his weight is only 65k while having xbows and infernos.
it might be possible that your th11 at the bottom is causing you to pull stronger defense up top
I made a mistake on the war weight. Their town hall 10 has 83000. Our top has 63000. We do have a little advantage in some of the 8's and 7's but tough to make up for a disadvantage at the top. The town hall 11 has not upgraded anything in about 5 wars and they were all even. Not a big deal they still have to attack to win and we will live to fight another day
What else does the th11 have ?? Golems ,Valks , bowlers .. does it have a grand wardens or good heros ? because if it has any of those things offensively at a good level ,then you have what is referred to as a lopsided base. YOur opponents may get some added defensive weight to compensate for a level of assumed th11 offence . YOur player may truly be rushed with poor offence and defence but the matchmaking algorithm has had to deal with a lot of th11 that are deliberately engineered to have max offence and just one cannon on defense and the response seems to be often ( if it does not find a similar opponent ) to give them an opponent with a bunch more defenceQuote:

It's my son's town hall 11 and I have been trying to help him. It's almost impossible to get loot. We have a wide range and we're slightly stronger in the lower middle. We have had some wars that were the opposite so not complain about it. It was just the most lopsided we have been in for about 45 wars
I don't know if you realize but the term "lopsided " has a meaning on these forums that is similar but a bit more specific than the normal usage . SUpercell referred to the incidence of very high offense and very weak defence bases As "lopsided " ..we are talking th11 with 40/40/20 heros and one cannon as defence as the extreme. When I first saw your post I wondered if your rushed th11 was actually higher offense and it sort of is a more minor example . He does have some th9 offense to go with his th7 defense so our best understanding is that OVERALL weight wise he is more likely to be equivalent to a th9 ( the matching will consider his offense )
