One observation: you have 1 TH11, 5 TH10, 14 TH9 (or under) as I understand it? Therefore in a war against an identical clan all TH9s will end up being 3*ed. You then say they have an advantage because their low TH11s can easily 3* a TH9... but actually that's a complete waste. If they're any good they can do that with their TH9s and TH10s/11s at the top of the list.
In your line up, it's likely to only be results on the TH10s that matter. If those low bases have 40/40/20 heroes and can flatten TH10s, then you have a problem. If they have quite weak heroes, they might be irrelevant.
But the point from my first post, was just the technical one that they haven't matched your low bases. In theory they matched some of your higher bases when it chose them as an opponent. Now there do seem to be problems with this - especially the way it accounts for their 1-cannon defence (assuming that's what they have). But the problem isn't them matching your lowest bases.
