LVL 11 war Clan, Mostly Adults, no Dram

We are sitting at 47 members, but a majority have gone idle. Currently getting 15-20 member wars and would like to increase that.
We do have 2 clans, one is for warring with a hero upgrading, but we were struggling to keep war going in main clan so the 2nd clan is idle. As we add, we'll move idle member to the 2nd clan.
Looking for English speaking, active, warring members. We have members all over the world, but mostly U.S. and India. Prefer TH8.5 and up, but solid TH8's are cool too.

Yeah, I know the name kinda sucks, but I took over leadership, and at that time was a lvl 5 war clan, din't feel like starting over because of the name. Now on our way to lvl 12.
A solid core have been together for about 2 years and I'd like to see more active players. We do have some lulls during the day when some are at work.

War wins 270, losses 111, draws 7
Just lost to a full engineered clan, but most win streaks are 5+
