I have been warring with my lvl 20 Queen while King was upgrading, using Quad LaLo with ZapQuake (aka Queen POP) even before the update and never let me down. My King is now maxed at level 30, I'm upgrading my Queen currently.
What attack strategy can I use without my Queen and only with my barb to bring 3 stars? I know that it'll be very hard and risky and I'm willing to take it.
queen pop will still do the job, all you need is your king to tank the cc and 4 wizards to take them out

in my experience i can give up to 3 loons to lure, it is still fine and you have at end enough loons and pups to clean up, if you did everything correctly
