Upgrade order

New to th9 .... what should be my upgrade order for buildings and laboratory? All defenses and troops th8 max level.

Lab, spell factory, archer queen, army camps, drill, witch barrack, hound barrrack, baby barrack, dsf to haste

cc, walls

after that do you farm or war more?

I went, AQ (Didn't use her until level 5), Lab, CC, 1x army camp at a time and left the other builder to do the new gold/elixer storages. Finished 1 army camp, did the next one until I was finished them all. Then did my DE Drills and Spell factory

I would do queen lab spell and castle first. then focus on upgrading your heroes and army camps. Offense should be your priority. If u war, consider doing .5s. throw extra gold on walls

You should always start with Lab and Spell factory. Then you want to to the clan castle as the extra 5 spots will help a lot in attacks and defense. Camps are also a priority. The rest are simple preferences. If you are warring then xbows may not be wise at the beginning. I am mostly farming so lvl 3 xbows were on my priority list, same as max air defence

Xbows both of them to 3.

For lab priority at th9 now in the current meta I would do loons6, then hogs5, then lava2, then valks and golems to 4. If you cant get all those DE troops done in a row you can sneak wiz, drag, and giants in there for elixir troops when needed.
