If resource packs ignore storage limits, is it possible to rebuild the Clan Castle at TH2 instead of at TH3? I don't think there's a TH limit on it, so maybe.

Although, it was impossible; it might be possible now. Before I assume anything else, the real question would be: does TH2 even offer any packs? If there aren't any (if you've went ahead and tried to prove it), maybe it just takes a couple of days for new players to start seeing them. On the other hand, SC could've seen this exploit and enforced a TH requirement on the resource packs themselves.
