OK, it sounds like a crappy advertisement (because it is one), but this is one of my alternate accounts, and I have been playing for 3 years, but I have never pioneered a clan with more than twenty members. I have always dealt with annoying multi-language barrier clans, bad leaders/co-leaders, and hoppers. If some guy with potato salad can garner $55,000, my clan can succeed too.
